With approximately 160 employees and 32,000 m² of production and warehousing space, Anchuang has built a highly vertically integrated manufacturing system covering HDPE cistern bodies, inlet and flush valve components, actuator parts, drainage pipes, metal frames, assembly, testing and packaging. Equipped with more than 35+ injection molding machines, a 90-ton heavy-duty blow molding machine, robotic welding, automated palletizing and comprehensive testing facilities, the company maintains an average monthly output of around 30,000 concealed cisterns, with peak production reaching up to 1,200 units per day.

Anchor conducts comprehensive tests covering water pressure, leakage, anti-siphon performance, flush volume accuracy, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, frame loading and valve durability of up to 200,000 cycles. Finished products undergo 100% inspection before shipment.
